What version of software you are running on your WLC ? 7.0.x 7.4.x or 7.6.x Recently Cisco published this document (Cisco DOC 40178) stating they are going to deffer (ie no longer support available or you cannot download those software versions anymore). So all releases made prior to Dec 2013 going to be deffer. Normally downgrading WLC software code is not recommended. Specially from one major version to another as feature set may not compatible & downgrade process may not happen smoothly. But in certain cases you have to downgrade the software code of your WLC.
