Cant download torrents using seedbox and private tracker

I did a lot of searching and can't find an answer to this question. I'm using Tixati since a few month on a private (invite only) tracker. (with quite slow upload speed) and a numerous leechers (home line, VPS, seedbox, etc. I checked downloaded amount on a popular torrent with over 2000 completed
